This outstanding, large, luxury 5 star, Derbyshire self- catering cottage is located amidst a peaceful rural setting within 10 acres of private pastureland and landscaped gardens, with beautiful views over the valley and fields. Located less than 2 miles from the historic market town of Ashbourne and a short drive to the interesting market and spa towns of Wirksworth, Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton it is centrally located to explore all the many activities and attractions that Derbyshire and the Peak District have to offer.   Large groups for birthdays, celebrations, hen parties and families are most welcome. There is an option to hire our hot tub and sauna, catering and pampering can also be arranged. For the children we have three adorable donkeys and chickens to feed daily.   Here at Offcote Grange you are now able to have your wedding reception here, using Tipi’s, Yurts and Marquees in our beautiful grounds.   Billy’s Bothy is an exceptional self- catering cottage built of old handmade red bricks and Staffordshire blue roof tiles with an abundance of revealed beams and brick walls throughout. Converted from an old workers bothy it now provides a large luxury cottage with all modern amenities for you to enjoy. Wi fi and LCD tv’s are provided throughout the cottage.   The cottage has 3 ground floor bedrooms, two double and one twin all with en-suite shower rooms. There is an optional 6th en suite annex bedroom next to these which can be hired separately if required. With a mix of underfloor heating, radiators and log fires this cottage is cosy all year around.   On the first floor are two more double bedrooms one with en-suite shower and the other with an en suite bathroom. The bathrooms are beautifully fitted with chrome fixtures and fittings adding a touch of class and luxury. The bedrooms are furnished with handmade old pine furniture, brass and cast iron beds add further character to this beautiful cottage.   The total sleeping capacity of Billy’s Bothy is for 10 or 12 in actual full size beds. The lounge has a double quality bed settee, with private entrance to a shared en-suite bathroom. There are four single bed chairs within the bedrooms giving a total sleeping capacity of 12+4 + 2 travel cots.   The kitchen is furnished with pine units with the luxury of quality granite worktops and a pottery Belfast sink. It has every appliance you would wish for including an electric halogen double oven electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker auto washer, dishwasher, tumble drier, wine cooler and fridge freezer.   The spacious lounge with cosy log burning stove is on the 1st floor and opens out onto a patio with cottage garden and well stocked orchard. One of just six houses in the parish of Gratton, Dale End House is found on a quiet lane between Elton and Youlgreave. It enjoys unspoilt countryside, popular with walkers and mountain bikers alike yet is only six miles from Bakewell and Matlock. Bed & Breakfast accommodation is available at The Lodge, a stone built former milking parlour set within the grounds of this fine Grade II listed Derbyshire long house. The Lodge has recently been loving restored to an exceptionally high standard. It has a large open plan lounge with sofa and TV, a dining area and shower room. Under floor heating throughout. The bedroom has an antique double bed with down duvet and feather pillows romantically lit by a crystal chandelier. Decorated throughout with fine furnishings and historical colours. Overlooking a courtyard with ducks, goats and chickens and a traditional 2 storey stable block on one side and open fields, sheep and a babbling brook on the other. There is ample parking and secure indoor space for bikes; with 4 stables you can even bring your horse! The Lodge is non-smoking. Obedient dogs are welcome for a small additional cost. Tea and coffee making facilities are available at all times. A locally sourced full English breakfast will be served in the dining area. We discovered the house whilst mountain biking through Gratton Dale and instantly fell in love with it. Bank Top Cottage is a comfortable and well equipped holiday cottage n the very heart of the Peak District National Park sleeping up to 4 people (two en-suite bedrooms) The front door opens into the cosy lounge with comfortable settees, dining area, TV, DVD and games and wi-fi. Through the arched door way is the kitchen, well equipped with ceramic hob and cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bedrooms: a double and a twin both with their own en-suite shower rooms, each with WC and wash basin. There is an attractive south facing garden area with views over Millers Dale to the Monsal Trail. Garden furniture and barbecue provided. Bikes can be stored (please ask). Linen and towels central heating, fuel, power and wi-fi are included. A cot, high chair and stair gate can be requested. Ample parking is available at the cottage. Smoking is not permitted. Access for people with disabilities may be difficult (please call if you wish to discuss). Well behaved pets and children are welcome. Millers Dale itself is a small tranquil village, surrounded by tree-clad hills, in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales. There is a local village pub, the small church and close access to the Monsal Trail and LImestone Way.  Sit and picnic by the River Wye in Cheedale, cycle to Bakewell or Buxton on the Monsal Trail and enjoy many fabulous walks in the area.

Uppertown Farm is a mid 17th century farmhouse with original farm buildings converted to independent self-catering holiday accommodation near Bakewell in Derbyshire. It is in a secluded position on the edge of the village of Birchover in the Peak District National Park and not far from the lovely market town of Bakewell. We have two holiday cottages available: The Byre is a tastefully converted detached barn with accommodation on one level for 4 - 6 people. It has its own large private garden with panoramic views of the countryside. There are 2 double bedrooms, each with ensuite facilities, and a separate area with 2 adult-sized (3') bunk beds. There is a compact, well-equipped kitchen and splendid large dining/living room with original features including open fire, exposed stone walls and pitched roof. The kitchen and dining room have wonderful views of the countryside The Hayloft is a small apartment for two on the upper floor of a barn. The entrance is up a short external flight of stone steps with a handrail. This might not be suitable for a disabled person. The accommodation is all on one level, with a compact, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen leads through to the spacious sitting/bedroom which has a double bed, sofa, TV and DVD. Original features in this room include an exposed stone wall, rafters and pitched roof. There is a bathroom with shower, hand-basin and toilet. Audrey's is a spacious detached property with all accommodation on the ground floor. It is situated less than a mile north of the spa town of Buxton in the heart of the beautiful Peak District. It sits within its own private gardens and has open views towards Buxton and over farmland at Barms Farm. Centrally located, not remote, ideal for visiting Derbyshire's attractions, yet only a short drive away from Buxton's Opera House and it's shopping facilities, restaurants and pubs. Audrey's at Barms Farm offers a quality experience, appreciated by those who require spacious accommodation of a high standard, where quality fixtures and fittings have been positioned with thought and consideration for the users and where there has been much attention to detail in a quest to strive for guest comfort and satisfaction. Off the bright and airy oak floored entrance hall  are two double bedrooms with five feet wide beds, ceiling mounted fans and spacious en-suite facilities of exceptional quality. Both en-suites have deep baths, large shower cubicles, vanity units with deep basins and useful storage, underfloor heating and large towel warmers. The south facing spacious lounge with natural stone fireplace with gas fired living flame fire and 40" flatscreen TV (dvd & video) is a pleasant room for relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen/diner has a breakfast bar plus a dining area with table and chairs for four, underfloor heating & Neff appliances. A washing machine is accommodated in the adjacent utility room which leads to the cloakroom, external rear patio area and to the integral  spacious drying and storage area suitable for bikes, walking boots and equipment.  Free wi-fi internet with excellent signal throughout. Audrey's is available to a maximum of four non smoking adults.
